Gabriela Arrastua is a Political Scientist from the University of Buenos Aires, with a Diploma in Coaching and Emotional Leadership and a Master’s Degree in Human Development from FLACSO.
She has been a TECHO volunteer since 2008, working for the organisation in Ecuador between 2012 and 2016, and then for TECHO Argentina as Director of the Social Research Center between 2017 and 2021. Since 2021 Gabriela has been working as the COO for TECHO-International, supporting operations in various countries and social settings, and ensuring quality standards are met. Gabriela continues to be a TECHO volunteer, and is part of community teams in two neighbourhoods in the south of Buenos Aires on weekends.
