MOBA Housing SCE
To tackle this crisis, pioneering cooperative housing initiatives from Croatia, Czechia, Hungary, Serbia, and Slovenia formed MOBA Housing SCE. This regional network is developing community-led, cooperative housing by addressing:
- Lack of legal & financial frameworks for collective housing.
- Limited investment strategies for cooperative housing.
- Absence of tailored financial products for affordable housing projects.
World Habitat’s Support for MOBA
As an associate member, World Habitat has provided financial and advisory support, including:
