A response to the government consultation on the creation of a new garden city in Kent using a Development Corporation.

In 2014, the UK government announced the intention to build a new ‘garden city’ in Ebbsfleet, Kent and proposed a Development Corporation as the delivery vehicle for the development.

Drawing on the report Creating the Conditions for New Settlements in England, this publication contains BSHF’s response to the consultation on proposed Development Corporation.
