Baltic Housing States Conference Presentation

Conference presentation focusing on the work of Power House Europe and World Habitat Award winning projects from Germany and Sweden.

This presentation draws on the work of Power House Europe and World Habitat Award winning projects ZukunftsWerkStadt Leinefelde, Germany and Solar Housing Renovation in Gårdsten, Sweden to identify lessons for reducing carbon emissions across Europe.

Power House Europe aims to be a catalyst for action to achieve energy saving in the social and co-operative housing sector throughout Europe. Part of the EU-funded Intelligent Energy Europe (IEE) Programme, it will do this through the identification of social housing providers’ need and through the establishment of innovative knowledge sharing and exchange platforms.
