Jess is the CEO of Quadrature Climate Foundation (QCF), a science-led philanthropy focused on unlocking climate solutions. She has spent nearly two decades working at the intersection of climate change, energy, and international development, serving as a strategist, political adviser, and convenor across government, the third sector, the UN, and philanthropy.
She holds a PhD in Climate Change and International Development (LSE), and MScs in Environment & Development, and Public Policy (both LSE). She was an IPCC contributing author and expert reviewer on climate risk, adaptation, and vulnerability in the IPCC’s fourth and fifth assessment reports.
