Beaufort Court, Lille Road

A high density mixed-tenure housing scheme of 65 dwelling units, including accommodation for shared ownership, key-worker housing and former rough sleepers. The low-cost construction using prefabricated building components improves the affordability of housing in this high cost location. The project provides sports and community facilities for its own residents and those of a neighbouring estate, helping to link new and old communities.
